How to Set Up Your Online SETS account 

After registering in Saskatchewan, you will need to create a SETS account and link your Entity/Tax Account in order to manage your Provincial Sales Tax (PST) account.

Tip: Administrator Account Setup

The first account created in SETS will serve as the Administrator account. This account is the only one with full administrative control over your business profile (for example, granting third-party access or managing registrations).

We strongly recommend creating the Administrator account using a shared business email address rather than a personal email. This ensures that multiple authorized team members can access the account.

Important: An MFA code is sent to the email associated with the account each time you log in. Only individuals with access to that inbox will be able to log in to the Administrator account.

Why this matters: Using a group email ensures your business will not lose access to the Administrator account if an individual employee leaves the company or becomes unavailable.
