Connecting Multiple Stores

You can connect multiple WooCommerce stores to a single Taxually account. Each store can be linked to:

  • The same company (if all stores belong to one business entity)
  • Different companies (if you manage multiple business entities)

How to Add Another Store

  • Install the Taxually plugin on your additional WooCommerce store
  • Follow the same connection steps above
  • When selecting a company, choose the appropriate one for that store

Disconnecting Your Store

If you need to disconnect your WooCommerce store from Taxually:

From Your WooCommerce Store

  • Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Taxually
  • Click Disconnect
  • Confirm the disconnection

What Happens When You Disconnect

  • Data already synced remains in Taxually (historical data is preserved)
  • Future data will no longer be automatically pulled
  • You can reconnect at any time by following the connection steps again

Reconnecting After Disconnection

If you reconnect the same store:

  • It can be linked to the same or a different company
  • Historical data from before disconnection remains with the original company
  • New data will sync to the newly connected company

"Connection Failed" Error

  • Session expired: Try again – you may need to log in again
  • Network timeout: Check your internet connection and retry
  • Plugin outdated: Update to the latest plugin version

"No Companies Found" Error

This means your Taxually account doesn't have any companies set up yet. To fix this:
