CrossTax can automatically extract your transaction data from Amazon Seller Central, saving you time and ensuring accurate VAT calculations. This guide will walk you through the process of authorizing CrossTax to access your Amazon transactions.
Before You Begin
Please note:
This API integration is available for Amazon European accounts.
To be eligible for the API authorization, Taxually must have your Amazon EU merchant ID.
Step-by-Step Authorization Process
1. Log into your Taxually account
Sign in using your registered email address and password at: https://app.taxually.com/app/dashboard

2. Locate the authorization option in your Dashboard
On the right-hand side of your dashboard, you will find your To-Do List. Look for the "Amazon Seller Partner API credentials" item and click on the 'Authorize' button.
3. Log into your Amazon Seller Central account
You will be redirected to the Amazon Seller Central login page. Enter your Amazon credentials to proceed.
4. Select your Merchant Account and Marketplace
After logging in to Amazon Seller Central:
Choose the appropriate Merchant Account from the dropdown menu
Select the relevant Marketplace
Click on 'Select Account'
5. Review and confirm permissions
You will be redirected to a confirmation screen that shows:
The data Taxually requires access to (Selling Partner Insights, Amazon Fulfillment, Pricing, etc.)
Information about how Taxually uses your data
At the bottom of this screen:
Check the box that states: "I direct Amazon to provide Taxually access to my Selling Partner account and related data. I am responsible for any actions taken by the application."
Click on 'Confirm'
6. Complete the authorization
That's it! You will be redirected back to your Taxually dashboard. CrossTax can now automatically access your Amazon transaction data.
When Does CrossTax Pull Amazon Data?
Previous month's Amazon data is pulled automatically every month between the 2nd and 4th calendar day. This ensures your VAT calculations are always up-to-date without manual intervention.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during the authorization process, please ensure:
You are using the correct Amazon Seller Central credentials
You have administrator access to your Amazon Seller Central account
Your internet connection is stable
