Retroactive tax returns might be anything that relates to a past period (i.e. before Taxually was appointed). We can certainly help preparing and filing these tax returns on your behalf.
Once you have created your account, just reach out to our support team and we will share the pricing and open the past periods for you.
Regarding your transaction data, we are able to pull data directly from Stripe as far back as 1 January 2024. If you require support for earlier periods, you will need to run a summarized transaction report from Stripe Tax and follow our manual data upload instructions.
